"NWP was amazing to work with. We bought a dehydration machine from a well-known company that had been around for over 100 years. The machine was the 1st of it's kind and a prototype. We knew that it would be a work in progress and embraced the challenge to help this other company bring a new model to their arsenal, for their customers. The other company totally left us midway through the process and the machine never ran to the expectation that was needed. NWP came to the rescue. They traveled to our facility to access and brainstorm with us. Now, finally after 23 months of receiving the machine, it finally operates as we were promised. Our cook times for these machines are now to a point where we can produce 4 cooks per day in the machines and it is very close to a set it and forget it process.
