Mission and Method 

Mission Statement: "Our mission is to leverage innovative, sustainable technologies to create a positive impact on the environment while prioritizing safety. We are committed to providing exceptional mechatronic solutions that promote environmental conservation, reduce carbon emissions by using upcycled components, locally manufactured components, and partnering with local talents. Through our expertise and dedication, we aim to empower individuals, organizations, and communities to make environmentally conscious choices and contribute to a safer, greener future."

Method Statement:

  1. Safety Culture: We foster a strong safety culture within our organization, ensuring that safety is ingrained in every aspect of our work and builds. We provide comprehensive safety training to our employees, we offer safety audits, and encourage proactive safety practices.

  2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: We conduct thorough risk assessments for our projects and services, identifying potential hazards and developing strategies to mitigate risks. Our aim is to proactively address safety concerns and ensure that our solutions are designed and implemented with safety in mind.

  3. Compliance with Regulations: We adhere to all applicable safety and environmental regulations, standards, and codes. We ensure that our projects and services meet or exceed the required safety criteria, providing our clients with peace of mind and reassurance of our commitment to safety.

  4. Safety Audits and Inspections: We offer safety audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of machine safety to identify areas for improvement. These proactive measures allow us to address any safety concerns promptly and implement necessary corrective actions.

  5. Upcycling: We use (when possible) upcycled components on our builds. By partnering with local machine builders and technology firms we offer quality, locally sourced (when possible) components that are aimed at mitigating down time and safety.

  6. Community: We at NWP use local talent (when possible) to assure we meet specified goals and safety practices.

By integrating safety into our mission and method statement, we ensure that the well-being of our employees, clients, and communities remains a top priority while working towards our environmental goals.

Our 4 year goal is to empower our community with trade knowledge by partnering with local schools to create an academy of vocation. Our desire is to train the community in safe machining, welding, programming practices while offering training for valuable skills needed to empower individuals with new careers.
